Internet Scout Project selected Antietam on the Web in their Report of 20 February 2004

The Internet Scout Project, publishers of the Scout Report, have recommended Antietam on the Web to their subscribers in the 20 February 2004 edition.

The Project, sponsored by the University of Wisconsin, and funded by the National Science Foundation and The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, has been combing the Internet for new and emerging resources of high value since 1994. It is among the Web's mostly highly respected site reviewing organizations.
