Sent from Fort Delaware, Delaware to Aiken's Landing, Virginia October 2, 1862. Exchanged November 10, 1862. Transferred to Company C, 3rd Battalion Georgia Sharpshooters July 8, 1863. Appointed Sergeant. Captured at Farmville, Virginia April 6, 1865. Released at Point Lookout, Maryland June 26, 1865.
