He enlisted in Company C, 6th Georgia Infantry on 27 May 1861. He was wounded at Cold Harbor, VA on 27 June 1862.

On the Campaign

He was wounded again, in action at Sharpsburg on 17 September 1862.

The rest of the War

He was treated at General Hospital No. 17 in Richmond, VA but died there of wounds and pleuritis on 2 October 1862.

Service information from Henderson,1 who says he was on wounded furlough as of 28 February 1863 with no later record. His Sharpsburg wound from a casualty list for the regiment printed in the Southern Recorder (Milledgeville, GA) on 21 October 1862, as A. Glozier. His gravesite is on Findagrave.
