Discharged for wounds on February 7, 1863, at Frederick, Md. MSHWR says
"Intermediary amputation in the middle third of the left leg for shot injury, by Surg. L. Reynolds, 63 NY, on September 23, post. flap method. Discharged on December 15, 1862.î
