David Lake

From New Milford, he enlisted on 14 September 1861 and mustered as a Corporal in Company I, 8th Connecticut Infantry on 21 September. He as promoted to Sergeant on 5 May 1862.

He was killed, shot in the hip and bowels, in action on 17 September 1862 at Antietam.
