Before Antietam
A 21 year old wagon maker in Clan Cn, he enlisted on 10 August 1862 at Sligo and mustered as Sergeant, Company H, 155th Pennsylvania Infantry on 2 September in Pittsburgh.
On the Campaign
He died of typhoid fever at Sharpsburg, MD on 12 October 1862.
