On the Campaign
He was wounded in the neck in action on 17 September 1862 at Antietam.
The rest of the War
He was discharged on 8 April 1863 on a Surgeon's Certificate of disability.
After the War
He was in Sandusky, OH receiving a pension of $4 a month for his wound by 1882.
