The rest of the War

He was again wounded, in action at Gettysburg, PA on 2 July 1863. He mustered out on 26 April 1865.

After the War

By 1886 he was an orange grower and vegetable farmer near Homeland, Polk County, FL, and was listed as a pensioner there in 1889.
