On the Campaign

He was severely wounded in action on 17 September 1862 at Sharpsburg.

The rest of the War

Present with his Company in action in most engagements from Suffolk, VA in May through the end of 1863. Transferred to Company D, 4th Alabama Cavalry on 1 February 1864.

After the War

He was living in Huntsville, AL in 1907.
