George Cline

He was an unmarried 24 year old painter from Florence, AL when he enlisted as Private on 28 April 1861 in Company H, 4th Alabama Infantry. He was present at most engagements from First Manassas to Malvern Hill, VA.

Present in action at Boonsboro and Sharpsburg.

In action from Fredericksburg, VA in December 1862 to Gettysburg, PA where he was captured in action on 2 July 1863. No further record.
