On the Campaign

He was listed as a deserter at Antietam on 17 September 1862.

The rest of the War

He returned to his Company on 19 August 1863, and deserted again on 24 December 1863 at Paris, KY. He returned, date not given, and mustered out as Private on 10 June 1865.
