The rest of the War
He was wounded at the Wilderness, VA on 6 May 1864, was in a hospital at Lynchburg, VA and returned to duty. He was captured near Petersburg, VA on 2 April 1865 and held at Fort Delaware. He was released on 11 June 1865 after taking the oath of allegiance.
