On the Campaign
He was in action with his Company at Fox's Gap on South Mountain on 14 September and at Sharpsburg on 17 September 1862.
The rest of the War
He was slightly wounded in the ankle in the Wilderness, VA on 6 May 1864. He was paroled in New Orleans, LA on 22 July 1865.
