The rest of the War
He was paroled on 27 September and exchanged at Fortress Monroe, VA on 27 October 1862. He was furloughed for 60 days on 5 December 1862 then returned to his Company. He was furloughed from a hospital on 10 September 1864 and did not return afterward.
