On the Campaign
He was wounded in action on 14 September 1862 on South Mountain, MD.
The rest of the War
He was wounded again, in action at Fredericksburg, VA on 13 December 1862. He was reported missing in action at Rappahannock Station, VA on 7 November 1863, with no further record.
